Side effects:
Very rarely hypersensitive reaction and sensitivity disturbance may occur.

Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) reduces therapeutic effect of levodopa but it does not occur if a dopa decarboxylase inhibitor is also given. Neomycin, chloramphenicol, aminosalisylic acid & histamine H2 receptor may reduce Vitamin B12 absorption.
Use in special groups:
Use in pregnancy: No risks have become known associated with the use of this drug during pregnancy at the recommended dosage.
Use in lactation: It is not known whether thiamine (Vitamin B1) is excreted in breast milk or not, but may be taken cautiously during lactation. Vitamin B6 & B12 have no adverse effect during lactation.
Use in children: Not suitable for the treatment of children below the age 14 years due to the high content of active ingredients.
