Syndol
Description
Syndol® is a centrally acting opioid analgesic. It is a non-selective agonist at m, d and k opioid receptors with a higher affinity for the m receptor. Other mechanisms which contribute to its analgesic effect are inhibition of neuronal reuptake of noradrenaline and enhancement of serotonin release.

Indications
Syndol® is indicated in the management of moderate to severe pain.
