Syndol® Plus
Description
Tramadol is a centrally acting synthetic opioid analgesic. It is non-selective agonist at m, d and k opioid receptors with a higher affinity for the m receptor. Other mechanisms which contribute to its analgesic effect are inhibition of neuronal reuptake of noradrenaline and enhancement of serotonin release.
Acetaminophen is non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic.

Indications
Syndol® Plus is indicated for the short-term (five days or less) management of acute pain
