Mechanical Ventilation and/or ECMO

No mechanical ventilation or ECMO

If no clinical improvement is seen, treatment can be extended for up to 5 additional days
Pediatric Patients 3.5 – 40 kg
Mechanical Ventilation and/or ECMO
5 mg/kg IV on day 1
2.5 mg/kg IV for 9 days
Use Remdesivir for injection lyophilized powder ONLY
No mechanical ventilation or ECMO
