Indication:
• To treat the Megaloblastic anemia due to Folate deficiency.
• To diminish the toxicity and counteract the effect of impaired Methotrexate elimination.

Dosage & Administration:
• Megaloblastic anemia: 5 to 15 mg daily.
• Reduction of harmful effects of Folic Acid antagonists: 15 mg every 6 hours for 2 to 3 days.
