Respira
Respira® is a preparation of Levosulbutamol sulphate. It is a beta 2 agonist and indicated for the treatment or prevention of bronchospasm in adults, adolescents and children 4 years of age and older with reversible obstructive airway disease.

Same efficacy compared to salbutamol but with least systemic load
Assures less systemic load
Offers less side effects & reduced ß-mediated adverse effects
High safety & tolerability than the racemate
Improves lung function.
